Returns

Lots of Labels is dedicated to providing you with superior labels at great prices. If you are not satisfied with the labels you purchased from us, you may return the unused labels within 30 days for a refund or credit. For returns and refunds please understand these items:

• Contact Lots of Labels and obtain an RMA number and shipping address. Returns are not accepted without authorization from Lots of Labels.
• Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days and received by Lots of Labels within 5 business days from the day an RMA is issued.
• The labels must be in saleable condition and is subject to inspection before refund or credit is issued.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, except for warranty or incorrect shipment. Lots of Labels will cover all normal UPS ground shipping costs if the order or material was either inaccurate or defective.

Shipping

All of our stock laser labels are ground shipped FREE of charge in the contiguous United States. Because our stock continuous pinfeed labels come in many different sizes, shapes and weights our prices on all pin feed continuous labels do not include shipping charges.

All stock labels will usually be shipped same day if ordered by 2pm your local time.
